Cae Mabon, Wales
Location. Cae Mabon is a stunning eco lodge in Wales set in natural woodland by a rushing river at the foot of the high mountains of Snowdonia. A family of beautiful and natural structures provide the perfect space for you to explore your yoga practice and learn about natural nutrition.
Theme for the weekend: Balancing the Elements
The natural environment of Cae Mabon supports the theme of the weekend as we live surrounded by the elements - earth, water, fire, space and air. The focus of the weekend is harmony and unity, with ourselves and others.
The yoga sessions will explore how the various elements can bring different qualities to your posture practice and the importance of maintaining a balance between them. Each morning begins with a posture practice, followed by meditation and relaxation. General feedback and discussion concludes the morning session.
A maximum of 20 people with 2 teachers ensures that each student can a) progress at their own pace and b) that each student has sufficient individual attention. Tuition is geared to all levels of student:
-
✴If you are a beginner you can expect to gain an understanding of what yoga is and leave with a foundation on which to build a safe and effective practice.
-
✴Experienced practitioners are guided towards a deeper experience, exploring new and creative ways of bringing a fresh and open perspective to an existing practice.
From the nutrition perspective, again it’s is very much experiential learning as we hope you will join us in preparing the vegetarian meals and discussing interesting topics such as:
